From vibrant urban centers such as LondonManchesterLiverpool and Edinburgh to regional hubs and rural areas, we cater to a broad geographic range. Your package is sent by royal mail, ensuring it is delivered securely, correctly handled, and fully insured throughout the process. Orders placed before 2pm qualify for next-day delivery. Please allow 24 hours (business days) for your order to arrive. For orders placed after 2pm, please allow an additional day for delivery.

Home Delivery Fee

To have your holiday money delivered, it requires additional insurance and a specialized, secure courier to ensure safe transportation. With ChangeGroup, you can have your travel money delivered right to your doorstep, free of charge for orders under £800. For orders exceeding this amount, there is a delivery fee of £6.95.

And choose our home delivery service (£6.95 for orders more than £800).

2. Track your order

You’ll receive a confirmation email followed by an email with a tracking link to stay informed about the delivery time and date.

3. Receive your currencies at your door

You’ll be asked to present your ID and to sign the delivery. Enjoy your trip!

Things to keep in mind about home delivery service (T&C’s)

  • Travel money delivery coverage: The home delivery service is available throughout the UK.
  • Travel money delivery amounts: Minimum delivery order is £200 and maximum £1100
  • Travel money delivery fee: FREE for orders over £800. Orders below this amount incur a £6.95 delivery fee.
  • Delivery time is 24h (business days) for orders placed before 2pm. We don’t do delivery on the weekends. Orders placed after 2pm allow for an additional day.
  • Your home address needs to match the address to which the payment card is registered.
  • Delivery reception: In order to receive your package you need to be home at the time of delivery. Package delivery to the mailbox is not allowed. You need to present your valid ID (passport or ID card) and sign the delivery receipt.
  • Delivery address: Home delivery is only allowed to your home address, not the office or any other. Once the order is placed, it is impossible to change the delivery address.
  • Delivery insurance: Your package is fully insured and will be sent by Royal Mail, complete with a tracking number for your convenience.

  • Order cancellation: If the order does not arrive on time, you can simply refuse the order and it will be shipped back at our expense. We will credit your account with the amount of your order upon receipt of the package.
  • Order error: If, upon receipt of your order, you notice a wrong currency or a difference in the amount, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to investigate and fix the issue. Under no circumstances should the package be opened in the presence of the delivery person.
