Despite many of our branches being in historical and culturally protected buildings, we work diligently with local authorities and preservation societies to provide access to our branches for people with disabilities where possible. We are also committed to providing digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually striving to improve the user experience for everyone, and applying the relevant accessibility standards. ChangeGroup takes the following particular measures to ensure accessibility of our website: We integrate accessibility into our procurement and recruitment practices; We provide accessibility training for staff; We include people with disabilities in our design personas and we commission independent annual evaluation of our websites (see below.)
